7 Seas Energy is a strategic project development and Integrated Asset Management company that identifies, structures, and develops energy and critical mineral opportunities across Latin America.
We were created to address a persistent market gap. The region holds significant resources, yet many promising assets remain underdeveloped because they lack the capital, technical capabilities, project structures, governance systems, compliance frameworks, or commercialization channels required for execution.
7 Seas Energy brings these elements together within a single coordinated platform. We identify strategic opportunities, design the project architecture, assemble qualified participants, structure the financial and operating model, and coordinate projects from initial evaluation through execution and commercialization.
Rather than performing every function internally, we build the right structure around each opportunity. This allows asset owners, service companies, capital providers, and buyers to participate through a transparent and commercially aligned framework.
