Latin America

Latin America is the primary geographic focus of 7 Seas Energy. The region combines substantial oil, gas, and mineral resources with geographic proximity to the United States, established trade routes, and longstanding commercial connections with international markets.

Many of these resources remain underdeveloped, undercapitalized, or operationally constrained. Mature fields, legacy infrastructure, mineral deposits, and fragmented supply channels may offer significant development potential when supported by capital, modern technology, technical expertise, transparent governance, and reliable commercialization.

Latin America, however, is not a single uniform market. Each country presents distinct legal, political, regulatory, infrastructure, environmental, community, and compliance conditions. For this reason, our approach is selective, project-specific, and grounded in local realities.

We focus on opportunities where resource potential, execution feasibility, compliance viability, and strategic relevance converge, creating projects capable of generating regional value while supporting U.S.-aligned energy and critical mineral supply chains.

REGIONAL POTENTIAL

Resource Diversity

Latin America possesses extensive hydrocarbon resources and significant potential across critical and strategic minerals. This diversity creates opportunities ranging from mature oil and gas field redevelopment to mineral sourcing, processing, infrastructure development, and the construction of more reliable supply channels.

STRATEGIC LOCATION

Hemispheric Proximity

Geographic proximity to the United States can support shorter supply routes, established logistics, stronger commercial integration, and greater supply chain resilience. These advantages position Latin America as a natural partner for U.S.-aligned energy, industrial, and critical mineral development.

SELECTIVE APPROACH

Project by Project

We evaluate opportunities individually rather than applying a single regional model. Every project is assessed according to its ownership, legal standing, technical potential, economics, infrastructure, counterparties, compliance profile, financing requirements, community context, execution complexity, and route to market.

REGIONAL EXECUTION

Local and International

Successful development requires both local understanding and international capabilities. We combine regional relationships, institutional knowledge, and market access with qualified capital providers, service companies, technology partners, compliance specialists, and commercial buyers to build credible and executable project structures.
